Death Stranding was released on PS4 back in 2019 and is just weeks away from it’s arrival on PC this July. That hasn’t stopped Hideo Kojima teasing a sequel. He appeared on Twitter to post several pieces of artwork for what he says is a “new title.”.
While there’s no statement declaring this to be a Death Stranding game, the ship sketched in one clearly states Bridges on its name plate. This references the organisation formed to reconnect the United States of America after Voidouts shattered society into pieces and the dead began returning.

One also features a slightly creepy doll of a Bridge baby as he talks about his “way of designing new title w/Yoji. 1st we discuss the setting for each character, the background, the world, the color, the characteristics, the roles, the images, ideas and keyword going back&forth via E-mail.”
Here's my way of designing new title w/Yoji. 1st we discuss the setting for each character, the background, the world, the color, the characteristics, the roles, the images, ideas and keyword going back&forth via E-mail.
