We keep getting little hints that the remastered PC and current-gen version of Grand Theft Auto 5 is coming this November, with the latest coming from Newegg, who briefly had it listed for a November 18 US release date.
That fits with what we’ve heard (unofficially) from Game UK, Gem Distribution and various other retailers. It’s looking like an increasingly safe bet.
French site Xboxygen first spotted the retail listing, which has since been removed. You can check out a screengrab below. After a reveal back in June Rockstar went very quiet about the upgraded version of GTA V, which lead to several rumours that it wouldn’t make it out this year, all of which were denied by the developer. Rockstar has continued to insist that its original Fall 2014 release date is still accurate.
Hopefully we’ll get an official announcement soon, to ends all this clock and dagger nonsense.
