EA Sports claim that uber-powerful through balls and crosses in FIFA 14 will be less deadly in FIFA 15.
Talking to VG247, lead developer Nick Channon said, “We’re very much paying attention to the crosses and to the through balls to make sure the balance is there this year.”
Channon also talks about headers being reworked, with the enhanced physics engine going a long way towards making them less devastating. Let’s hope that EA Sports can make good on those promises of better gameplay balance, though I’m sure there will be another weak spot to exploit in this year’s version.
FIFA 15 will be released this year on 23 September for North America, and on 26 September in Europe.
