Namco Bandai have released an atmospheric new live-action trailer for their upcoming fantasy title, Dark Souls II, with a nameless knight exploring a dank dungeon.
Our hero creeps along with a torch out and his sword drawn, before inevitably getting stabbed by something unspeakable that we aren’t shown. Surprisingly he doesn’t scream in frustration and throw his controller at the cat, which is a bit unrealistic.
Dark Souls 2 is set for release on PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 11 2014, with a PC version planned shortly afterwards. Namco Bandai have promised that said PC version will be an improvement on their shoddy Dark Souls port.
