Back in July, Electronic Arts shuttered EA Phenomic, best known for the Spellforce series. Former employees of the developer have formed their own studio based in Ingelheim, Germany.
Original founders of Phenomic, Dirk Ringe, Boris Kunkel and Volker Wertich, will be taking leadership positions with the new company. Ringe and Kunkel will be CEO and COO, respectively, while Creative Director will be headed by Wertich, who is best known for the The Settlers series.
Envision, which has a staff of around 25 personnel, as already make a business agreement with Ubisoft.
