The Australian Classification Government site has listed an “M” rating for Blizzard’s upcoming standalone expansion Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm, which could indicate that the long development cycle for the game is nearing an end.
The M rating is very simple: it’s for violence. However, according to the entry, the game had been “modified”, which means it had been submitted before to the ratings board and was rejected due to a mature rating, which means the game had been complete enough to submit a build earlier.
Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty was released over a year ago back in the 27th July, 2010. Fans have to be wondering how long it’ll take for the second expansion highlighting the Protoss to be released.
