Wargaming.net has announced that the first round of closed beta testing for World of Warplanes will be taking off on the 31st May. The massively multiplayer combat flight sim had been engaging in its alpha test phase since the 23rd February.
According to project manager Alex Zezulin: ”We are happy to announce the next big day for World of Warplanes. Thanks to our alpha testers, the game looks better and better every day, and we hope beta test participants will contribute as much to World of Warplanes development.”
The alpha test had drawn massive interest. The closed beta will be employing the alpha testers as well as additional ones who had originally applied for the alpha, with the idea of increasing the population even more.
