Crytek comments spark TimeSplitters Kickstarter petition

Recent comments made by Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli has ignited interest in the next TimeSplitters title, leading fans to set up a petition to get the project on Kickstarter.

Last month, Yerli announced he ”wished we were working on it”, and claimed the production could start ”if someone really, really wanted to…”

The Crytek chief executive also confirmed the studio has considered launching a Kickstarter to get a TimeSplitters sequel funded. Yerli’s comments have produced the TimeSplitters 4 Facebook Fan Page, where fans are banding together to show support.

Crytek is obviously listening, and with enough noise, TimeSplitters 4 is a real possibility.
