SSX conquers peak of UK chart, Mario Party 9 debuts 3rd

EA Sports’ return of SSX has kept last week’s UK all format chart cool at the top, followed by FIFA 12. Despite no stock at GAME, Mario Party 9 secured itself a launch in 3rd place.

Uncharted: Golden Abyss slinks down 4th, while Assassin’s Creed: Revelations hookblades to 9th from 31st. Batman: Arkham City pulled a Lazarus climbing 12th from 29th.

SSX has for the first time nailed the chart top. No sales figures were outed but it did sell more than double 2003’s SSX 3. Below is the UK all format chart top 40 for the week ending March 3rd.
