Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is not Project Ogre

It appears the newly-announced Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes is not the mystery Project Ogre Konami has been working on.

The open-world game which was announced last week at a special Tokyo event, is believed to be a different production altogether.

”One thing I want to make clear is that Ground Zeroes is something I’m making myself,” Hideo Kojima said.

”I want to make it clear that Snake is back, but I’m also back.”

Also revealed at the event was Metal Gear Solid: Social Ops and a MGS movie.
