Activision CFO Eric Brown revealed during the Baird Technology Conference on Tuesday, 30th November that Battlefield 3 has now sold eight million copies since launch, with 12 million shipped to retailers.
Battlefield 3 came out of the gates fast, selling 5M units in the first week. The game was released on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on 25th October.
