It didn’t take long for some players to try to cheat or exploit Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and out of the millions of people who purchased the game, 1600 of them already have been banned for cheating.
In a tweet from Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling’s fourzerotwo Twitter account, ”Any attempt to cheat, hack, or glitch in #MW3 will not be tolerated. 1600+ bans issued. Updates in works. Please cont. to report offenders.”
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 was released on the 8th November across four platforms, and has been a smash hit, selling $775M in its first five days.
