The November issue of Xbox World, out on October 25, will be revealing a “killer new feature” for Mass Effect 3.
This “killer new feature” is most likely some sort of multiplayer component, since this has been leaked and hinted at for the past few months, such as when Bioware ran ads this past January looking for a ‘Multiplayer Programmer’ with the Mass Effect franchise. Casey Hudson admitted back in April that Bioware was ”exploring Mass Effect multiplayer that made sense.” The most likely form of multiplayer is the four player co-op that was leaked in June, which was hinted at in the January classifieds.
It may be interesting to note that four player co-op in Mass Effect 3 might resemble the sort of co-op play in Star Wars: The Old Republic, in which there are multiplayer conversations.
