It’s that 3rd one called RAM. The PC has ”enormous memory” which is why Final Fantasy XIV is on track, but on PS3 there’s ”a restriction.”

”They are adjusting the memory size and customising it; it took longer than we were expecting. But we’re really working hard to bring it out as soon as possible.” He was asked to clarify what he meant by memory - Blu-ray or HDD space - but it was RAM.
Final Fantasy XIV releases on PC September 30th, and on PS3 March 1st 2011. An open beta for the PC version begins early next month. It could hit Xbox 360.
