Only 50% of players upgraded the SSV Normandy all the way, and 14% of squad mates die on average. 10% never let the ‘pure Krogan’ out his fish tank.
Some stats may surprise while others really don’t. Most of these figures are collected when players reach an event revealed Mass Effect producer Casey Hudson back in September, which the studio uses to make informed decisions on future content.

• 83% of players created their own face for Shepard
• 82% play as male Shepard, 18% as female Shepard
• The Soldier class is far and away the most popular class at 65%
• Archangel was among the most popular squad members selected for missions
• 10% of players never let The Krogan out of his tank
• Only 50% of players have fully upgraded the Normandy by the end of the game
• 14% of squad members die in the end-game, on average
• 36% of players chose the Renegade choice in the end-game
Back in September they also released some statistics at the time revealing the soldier class is by far the most popular there is, it beat all others combined, with the Engineer the least selected career path. Players skipped 15% of conversations too.
