Crysis 2 multiplayer beta session Xbox 360 only "this time around"

Crytek’s multiplayer beta for Crysis 2 is ”limited to Xbox 360” but only for the first round, as the online ”tech test” will expand to the others in due time.

The closed multiplayer beta mentions no start date as invitations are sent out to members of the community. Crysis 2 releases in March of next year.

The game was delayed from an autumn 2010 window to March 2011. EA back in June of this year announced that those who signed up to the Crysis 2 community website stand a chance of receiving multiplayer beta tokens later in 2010.

Crysis 2 releases on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC March 2011. To participate in the beta you’ll need both an Xbox 360 and a Gold Live subscription.
