Producer Jun Takeuchi won’t be handling RE6 as he’s busy elsewhere. Inafune-san made the surprising revelation at a Dead Rising 2 event.
”Given the great success that supposed for us Resident Evil 5, we want that Resident Evil 6 leaves as rapidly as possible to the market. In fact, you will shortly have the news of Capcom about this…” said Keiji Inafune, translated from a Spanish website.
This will hopefully mean Resident Evil 6 will get a mention at this year’s Tokyo Game Show which runs from September 16th to the 19th. Apparently this will be a total reboot.
