Dust 514 free of subscription charges

The news spurting from Fanfest in Reykjavik over the weekend suggests that CCP’s upcoming console MMO Dust 514 won’t charge players with a monthly subscription.

Instead, the game will use micro-transactions via the virtual items marketplace.
