If you’ve been looking forward to the release of Gran Turismo 5 then you might be disappointed to hear that British retailer GAME has put forward a release date of 2009, which could or could not be correct.
GT5 Prologue will be released next month, so GAME has been sending its customers emails about the pre-order deal. In this email was a short message saying: “The legendary “Real Driving Simulator” Gran Turismo 5 is heading to PlayStation 3 in 2009, utilising the über-console’s raw horse power to generate an unrivalled level of realism.”
At least we’ll have GT5: Prologue to satisfy our needs until GT5 is released, although it only contains five tracks with 40 cars and online play.
