Now call me cynical, but these Nintendo marketing people aren’t exactly stupid. Calling it the Wii gave the console enough press in the first place and now The Shaft is only going to create more attention. Even if the name is universally derided, there’s no such thing as bad press in this day and age.
There’s a preview over at Gametrailers but you can see a screenshot if you cast you eyes downwards and ogle at The Shaft’s glistening erect stature. (See? Told you didn’t I?)
Anyway, it’ll be available in white, pink and black (will the black one be slightly bigger? - sorry, I just can’t stop!) Anyway, if you’re interested in a big, pink Shaft the head over to WiiShaft.com for more.
